Role and Responsibilities:

As a Writer and Tech Editor at Tanzania Tech (English), you will be responsible for:

1. Content Creation: Writing engaging and informative articles, news pieces, reviews, and guides on various tech-related topics.
2. Editorial Oversight: Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of content produced by the team.
3. Research: Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, news, and innovations.
4. Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and editing articles for grammar, clarity, style, and adherence to our editorial guidelines.
5. Collaborative Teamwork: Working closely with our writers, graphic designers, and the editorial team to brainstorm ideas and create compelling content.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Strong passion for technology and a deep understanding of the tech industry.
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating engaging content.
• Proven experience in tech writing, blogging, or journalism.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:

This role offers a monthly salary of 400,000 TZS.
